Funding

However your plan is managed, we can work with it

  • Agency-managed

The NDIA pays providers directly. You can only use registered providers — which we are.

  • Plan-managed

A plan manager handles invoices on your behalf. We invoice them directly and you see the statement.

  • Self-managed

You pay and claim back. We invoice you in whatever cycle suits you.

What registration actually means

Being registered means we are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards — on worker screening, incident management, how we handle your information, and your right to complain without it affecting your supports. Unregistered providers are not subject to that audit.

Where we work

NDIS support across our service areas

We deliver NDIS supports in Bunbury, Australind, Eaton, Dalyellup, Harvey, Perth, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Townsville.

Common questions

NDIS questions we get asked

How do I get started with Sewa Care?

Call us, email us or fill in the referral form on this site. We respond quickly — often the same day. From there we arrange a free, no-obligation consultation to talk through what you need, then match you with a support worker. Most new clients have support in place within 24 to 48 hours.

Is there a cost for the first consultation?

No. The initial consultation is free and carries no obligation. We will talk through your needs and your funding, and if we are not the right provider for you we will say so.

Do I need a referral from a doctor or support coordinator?

No. Participants and family members can contact us directly. Support coordinators, plan managers, LACs and allied health professionals are also welcome to refer — the referral form on our contact page has fields for exactly that.

Are you a registered NDIS provider?

Yes. Sewa Care Australia is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. That means we are audited against the NDIS Practice Standards, and participants with agency-managed funding are able to use us.

What types of funding do you accept?

NDIS funding of all three management types (agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed), Home Care Packages, and private paying clients. If you are unsure what you are eligible for, ask us and we will point you in the right direction.

Does the NDIS cover transport?

Often, yes, but it depends on how your plan is written. Transport funding appears in plans in several different ways. Send us your plan details and we will tell you what we believe is claimable before you commit to anything.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No. There are no lock-in contracts and no minimum terms. Support is flexible and adapts to your plan, your family's schedule and your changing needs. If you want to stop or change your support, tell us.
