How we are approaching Perth

We take on metropolitan clients where we have a support worker who genuinely lives near them. That is a slower way to grow, but it is the only way to keep the thing that makes us worth choosing — the same carer, arriving when they said they would.

So the honest answer for Perth is: tell us your suburb, and we will tell you whether we currently have someone local. If we do not, we will say so rather than send a worker on a ninety-minute drive who will inevitably start cancelling.

Where we are strongest

Coverage is most established in the southern corridor, which connects naturally to our Mandurah and Southwest operations. Northern and eastern suburbs are handled case by case.

What does not change

Registered NDIS provider status, police-cleared workers, consistent carer matching and no lock-in contracts apply exactly the same way in Perth as they do in Bunbury.
